Hilal e Ahmar Kidney Care - Dialysis Centre Inaugurated
The Interloop Welfare Trust (ILWT) proudly supported the establishment of a state‑of‑the‑art Dialysis Centre at Hilal‑e‑Ahmar Hospital, Faisalabad. The centre, housed in a newly constructed building, was inaugurated on Sunday, July 5, 2026.
Capt. (Retd) Nadeem
Nasir, Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad, formally inaugurated the facility in the
presence of hospital management, staff members, and nursing college students.
Col. (Retd) Ijaz Ahmad Nasir, Secretary ILWT, represented the Trust at the
ceremony.
Recognizing the
growing burden of kidney diseases in Faisalabad and the rising demand for
dialysis services, ILWT extended its support to ensure access to quality
healthcare for deserving patients. This new facility will ease the pressure on
existing centres and provide patients with safe, timely, and qualitative
dialysis procedures.
To meet Punjab
Healthcare Commission standards and prevent cross‑contamination, the centre has
been equipped with separate RO systems and fifteen hemodialysis machines — ten
provided by ILWT and five donated by other generous contributors.
The Dialysis
Centre will ensure the availability of all technical and healthcare necessities
through the hospital, benefitting kidney failure patients across the region,
particularly those from Lyallpur. By improving access to advanced dialysis
services, the centre stands as a beacon of hope for underprivileged patients.
During the
ceremony, the Deputy Commissioner specially thanked Mr. Musadaq Zulqarnain,
Chairman Interloop Limited, for his generous support in providing dialysis
machines for the centre.
This initiative reflects ILWT’s commitment to enhancing healthcare infrastructure and serving communities with compassion and excellence.
